Inclusion & Diversity

Employers use inclusion and diversity (I&D) initiatives for both compliance obligations and to increase the overall bottom line with a more diverse, equitable and inclusive workforce. The nine steps outlined in this course serve as an action plan for employers to develop an I&D initiative. You will have the opportunity to create a campaign, program, or project that strengthens inclusion and engagement in the workplace leveraging what you learn and your own lived experience.
